Its good overall. But even taller people need to stand on the ropes themselves as they are long enough to not be able to do curls just using your feet in the loops. But still good.

Resistant, good size and with enough padlock. Perfect to use with the rubber bands it comes with, of low resistance, or to add other more resistant rubber bands.
Used a couple of times and works very well.
