RETURNS
We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Final Sale items, personalized goods, and opened hygiene products (like earrings, underwear, etc.) are not eligible for return.
Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted in accordance with our return policy.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Open your order confirmation email and click the Start Return or Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address.
- Follow the prompts to select the item you want to return and the reason for your return.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the reason for return. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away. We will review the issue and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.
EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ULTIMATE BOLD. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
To ensure your desired item is in stock, we highly recommend you contact our customer service team to process your exchange smoothly.
- Email or call us with your order number, the item, and the size you would like to have placed on hold for your exchange.
- We will confirm the item is on hold for you while we await your package.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Follow these simple steps to send your item back to us:
- Pack your item(s) into a secure bag or box. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- Include your original invoice inside the package. Please write "Return" or "Exchange" on the invoice to help us process your request quickly.
- Ship the package using your carrier of choice. On the shipping label or airway bill,
please note "Return shipment" and include your invoice number.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5–15 business days to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.
Please note: Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few extra days to appear on your
account.
